About the Event
This is a warmly facilitated women's talking group that comes together every Tuesday evening for 10 weeks as we move together toward exploring a healthy relationship with our 'Selves', all the while having an opportunity to share and connect with fellow women on a similar journey.
The session will be overseen and facilitated by Juliarna, who will implement different activites each week (drawn from Practical Counselling exercises) and together, we will discuss topics, explore stories and feelings, express our emotional responses, move in new ways, breath with intention, laugh and cry, share and be present together.
We will explore our way through such concepts as Hope, Grace, Joy, Self Awareness, Vulnerability, Self Compassion and Exploring our inner strengths to empower ourselves through the inevitable obstacles of life as we connect, love, partner, mother, daughter, sister, support, care, work and strive.
