Yoga Classes

Wild Peace Yoga Classes are fundamentally based in gritty self care and are targeted to bring you a sense of well-being and increased vitality. 

Regular participants have reported an increase of physical comfort and strength as well as better mental health!​The session will embrace movement and stillness with the breath, all while you meander through Yoga poses, Qigong and Tai Chi sequences and modern Core Strength activation.

All yoga levels welcome. That includes newbies through to long term yogis. 

For all classes (except chair yoga) you just need to be able to move around on the floor and get back up again.

Once you have booked you will receive a personal text from Juliarna with focused directions on how to get to the venue and what to bring.
