A Women's Winter Retreat - Finding Joy and Deep Connection -

There will be a warm welcoming into the space with a talking circle to set the vibe as ‘Connection amongst women’.

Following that there will be yoga and mindfulness activities, bushwalking in beautiful places and adventures that are yet to be told, there will be rituals and ancient talking circles with explorations into empowerment, connection and growth.

There will be laughter, joy, space for quiet, movement, adventure, depth, creativity and wonder. There will be eating and drinking and sleeping and resting and wondering.

The accommodation is yet to be confirmed but will be chosen for its comfort, beauty and how it invites its guests to expand out in to natural surroundings…. All within 2.5 hours of Brisbane.

Mealtime will be a highlight will delicious and lovingly created home cooked meals by the beautiful Michelle Carey who somehow knows how to inject flavour and health into every meal.
