This class is designed to slow your mind down, strengthen your body and maintain your mental health.
Great for men and women of all ages (as well as beginners) who are wanting the benefits of yoga but may feel a little self conscious in a modern yoga studio.
Outdoor yoga is 'the next level' in stress reduction and maximises all the proven benefits of getting back to nature particularly when done in conjunction with yogi breathing and practising mindfulness.
The class will include ancient Yoga poses and breathwork, Chinese Qigong and Tai Chi sequences as well as simple meditation techniques like Shenrin Yoku.
We meet at Wittonga Park near the toilet block carpark on Hilder Road 5 minutes before 6.30 pm each Wednesday evening and we walk together into the heart of the park and set up under the moon and stars. Wet weather option available when required.
Cost is $20 each class
5 Class pack (to be used in 7 weeks) $90
10 Class pack (to be used in 14 weeks) $180
Bring 2 yoga mats or towels and something to cover you in Shavasana (meditation)
