Total Lunar Eclipse Bliss Yoga Session

Come along to an Eclipse and Full Moon Mindfulness Session and let your troubles go as you take the opportunity to be outdoors under the night sky as the Moon cleanses you with its vibrant light.

There will be lots of flowing Qigong moves, deep relaxing breathing exercises, some Yoga stretching Poses and a good dose of Positive Psychology to lead you on a journey into the night.

We meet just before 7pm at the Grassy Park tucked in on the corner of School Road and Payne Road, The Gap.

I will then lead everyone on a Mindful Walk through a magical forest pathway to our destination out under the stars near the Yoorala Community Gardens.

Cost is $20 bring a large towel to stand on or a yoga mat AND TORCH all wrapped up in a backpack to free up your hands as you walk.
